What If I'm A Beginner: This program is for all levels. So, if you are a beginner all you have to do is do the best you can. Some abs workouts are easy and some are hard. The more you do the ab workouts the more ab exercises you will be able to do. Just know your fitness level and listen to your body (abdominal sections).

What Is iSpinn: iSpinn is a spin class with no bikes. Yes, no bikes. It is a full body cardio workout that really taxes your core/abs. You will be able to burn more calories in 30 minutes than you can in a full one-hour spin class. Also, its super fun and challenging. 

What Is V.O.T.: Virtual Online Training is an exercise program that can be done right in the comforts of your own home. V.O.T. is a 30-minute fitness workout. Lead by a certified fitness trainer. It is 105% interactive lead fitness training.

Is There A Meal Plan: Yes, there is a sample meal plan. There is also an eating challenge that comes with this program. I will explain the Green Leafy Challenge in detail inside.

How Many Ab Workouts Do I Get? You are going to get seven (7) different ab workouts. Each workout will hit (target) certain areas of your stomach to provide you with maximum workout.

What Do I do After The 21 Days Are Done: After the 21 days ends you should go shopping, because you clothes won't fit. lol, I'm joking... You should continue to work on your abs. This is 21 day abs challenge workout is design for you add it to your daily workout program. 
 
How Long Are The Workouts: Each ab workout is six (6) minutes  long.

Is It True You Should Not Do Abs Everyday: Yes and No. If you are spending 20 to 30 minutes workouts on your abdominal then you are going to need one (1) to two (2) days off to recover. But, with challenge we are spending such a short amount of time on the abs it if completely safe and warranted.

What Are The Typical Results: Typical results are for you to build a habit of workout everyday. Also for you to reduce your waistline a pants size. If you are really focus and dedicated you will develop a sexy six pack.
